Goals Counselling
At Goals Counselling we provide strictly confidential and non-judgemental counselling which is about helping individuals (adults, children and couples) explore their difficulties; understand their concerns and come to terms with their issue by discussing their thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a private, calm and safe environment. Counselling sessions are normally carried out at the Cranwell House clinic, Ingatestone, Essex.
Counselling is a two way supportive relationship. It is not advice giving. Counselling does not involve the client being told what they should do, ought to do or must do. Counselling involves helping the client look a the different options, possibilities, alternatives, the different perspectives available to them that they may not have considered before.
Children who have behavioural issues, which are indicative of inner turmoil, or who are nervous, they may bite their nails, have nightmares, refuse to eat etc. are known to benefit from Play Therapy. Play Therapy offers children the opportunity to work through their problems, accept themselves and grow more confident through therapy experiences.
Goals Hypnosis
At Goals Hypnosis we provide strictly confidential and non-judgemental Clinical Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Hypnoanalysis to our private and corporate clients. Hypnotherapy involves a competent Clinical Hypnotherapist using hypnosis 'the tool' to bring about the desired changes a client requires. Hypnosis, in simplified terms, is super concentration of the mind upon a single idea to the exclusion of all other thoughts.
It is important to note that clients are not controlled in any way when undergoing hypnosis, hypnotherapy or hypnoanalysis. They are only guided by their Hypnotherapist. To that extent clients can NEVER be made to do anything that they would not normally want to do. Clients can and will only do what they actually want to do.
Hypnotherapy / Hypnoanalysis sessions are normally carried out at the Cranwell House clinic in Ingatestone, Essex which specialises in helping those seeking to quit smoking; who suffer from weight control issues; relationship problems; stress management, anxiety control; sleep problems and continual worrying to name but a few.
Children as young as 5 years of age can benefit from Hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy can help children with self-esteem issues, toilet training, anxiety issues, sleeping difficulties, behavioural problems, being bullied and dealing with exam nerves to name but a few.
Goals Life Coaching
At Goals Life Coaching we provide strictly confidential and non-judgemental life coaching which is about helping individuals uncover their true potential by overcoming obstacles, enabling them to achieve their goals and ambitions. Additionally, we provide employment law guidance and advice, helping our clients resolve conflicts / problems at work and/or better understand their contracts of employment. We help our clients explore the options and alternatives available to them and can even refer them to a qualified Employment Lawyer, should this be necessary. We can provide our services either face to face, via the telephone, or the internet.
Goals HR Solutions
At Goals HR Solutions we provide Generalist HR Consultancy Solutions aimed specifically at small sized companies within the Essex area who may either have no HR functionality, or who have limited HR knowledge, but no specific professional HR expertise; for instance, advising on the latest developments in employment law, working on tribunal cases, or recommending Best Practice HR policies and procedures designed to improve our clients' management control. In addition, we provide Executive Coaching, Staff Counselling, as well as HR Mentoring Services. We tailor our solutions to meet our clients' HR needs.
